The fees for our services, payment schedules, and invoicing procedures are specified in each individual Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate specified in the governing agreement or at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Clients are responsible for all taxes, duties, and governmental assessments associated with the services provided.
Link Create reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. In the event of non-payment, the client is responsible for all costs incurred by Link Create in collecting outstanding amounts, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs. All fees quoted on our website are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed Service Agreement.
During the course of our engagement, each party may disclose to the other certain confidential and proprietary information. The receiving party agrees to use the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature to prevent the unauthorized use, dissemination, or disclosure of the confidential information of the disclosing party. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the seat of the arbitration shall be Beijing, China. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations will be communicated through a prominent notice on our website or, where feasible, via email to registered users.

If a force majeure event continues for a period of more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected services without liability by providing written notice to the other party. Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis. This section does not excuse any payment obligations that have accrued prior to the occurrence of the force majeure event.
